'Ahmadinejad to visit Lebanon in near future'

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will visit Lebanon in the near future as part of a 70-person delegation, a Iranian parliament member told the Fars new agency on Sunday.
The announcement came after a meeting between several Iranian officials and Lebanese Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri in Beirut. The officials had flown to Lebanon to attend the funeral of Grand Ayatollah Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah.
"During the meeting [with Berri], various issues, including Gaza were discussed," parliament member Seyed Ahmad Avaei was quoted as saying.
