American released by Iran says may sue opposition group

Recently released Reza Taghavi, an Iranian-American man who was held in a Teheran prison for over two years, said through his lawyer that he is considering suing the allegedly violent opposition group whom he was accused of passing money to, according to Iran's PressTV on Sunday.
Taghavi's lawyer said that they will may possibly sue "the Tondar group as a whole, and that US law should bring the perpetrators to justice," according to the report.
Taghavi and his lawyer, Pierre Prosper, said that they will visit the southern Iranian city of Shiraz, site of an April 2008 bombing at a mosque that killed 14 people. Iranian authorities blame the group that Taghavi is suspected of being involved with, and told Taghavi to meet with victims of the attack.
