An explosion apparently involving a parked car in Ashdod left at least two people injured on Monday night. According to initial reports, the vehicle was struck by a grenade or explosive device. Magen David Adom paramedics were providing medical treatment to two people hurt by shrapnel. According to MDA, a 20-year-old woman was lightly injured while a 38-year-old man suffered moderate injuries. Further details regarding the incident were not yet known.
