LONDON - Scottish police interviewed defecting Libyan foreign minister Moussa Koussa over the 1988 Lockerbie bombing, the BBC reported on Thursday. A British Foreign Office spokesman said he was unable to confirm the report and a spokesman for Scottish police was not immediately available for comment. US and Scottish authorities hope Koussa, Libya's former spy chief, will provide vital military and diplomatic intelligence on the bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, as well as other crimes they suspect were committed by Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
