Beinisch: I regret the Sohlberg family's suffering

Supreme Court President Justice Dorit Beinisch on Tuesday said she "regrets the great emotional suffering caused" to Judge Noam Sohlberg and his family due to the fact that they live in Gush Etzion.
In early January, the Yesh Gvul movement filed a petition to disqualify Sohlberg from being appointed to the Supreme Court because he lives outside the Green Line.
Beinisch was speaking at the President's Residence in Jerusalem at a swearing-in ceremony for new judges and justices.
