Trial of accused Boston Marathon bomber delayed

The trial of suspected Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, will be delayed by two months, a US federal judge ruled overnight on Wednesday.
The Boston judge rejected a request by the suspect's defense team to move the trial to Washington DC but agreed to postpone the beginning of the trial to January, instead of November.
Tsarnaev, 21, who is accused of killing three people and injuring over 200 others when he set off a bomb at the Boston Marathon's finish line, has pleaded not guilty to the charged against him could face the death penalty if convicted.
