An 11-year-old boy nearly drowned in a reservoir near Moshav Evenyael in Tiberias on Sunday.Magen David Adom Yarden crews resuscitated the boy as he was being evacuated to a helicopter which airlifted him to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.He was listed in critical condition.The details of the incident remain unclear.
