Car bomb explodes near hotel in Somali capital

MOGADISHU - A suspected suicide car bomber rammed into a cafe in Mogadishu on Wednesday just outside a hotel where lawmakers often gather, police said.
Police officer Hassan Ali told Reuters the explosion was by the Hotel Muna, which had been attacked by militants in August, 2010. A security officer said they did not have immediate details of casualties.
