Case against Bar Rafaeli's father dropped, investigation closed

Prosecutors in the criminal proceedings against Rafael 'Rafi' Rafaeli, the father of Israeli supermodel Bar Rafaeli, have announced Wednesday that they have decided to end their inquiries without pressing charges.
Rafaeli was arrested in August 2016, along with neighbor Adi Ben Basat, after allegedly attacking police officers, insulting a public servant and other offenses after the police were called to the Rafaeli family's residence in Hod Hasharon following a noise complaint. He was released from police custody two days later.
Prosecutors announced, however, that following an examination of the evidence and the alleged perpetrators' testimonies, it would not be suitable to press criminal charges.
