Clashes erupt in capital, West Bank

Masked men threw stones and clashed with security forces south of Jerusalem, in Beitar Illit, an Israeli settlement located in the West Bank's Gush Etzion area.
At the same time, in the capital's Old City, two young Arabs sprayed policemen with tear gas before fleeing to the Temple Mount compound, where one the men was arrested.
In east Jerusalem neighborhood of Shuafat, which has long been prone to violence, residents threw firebombs and rocks at Border Police. No injuries were reported in the incident.
