US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton announced to the Senate that permanent members of the UN Security council have drafted a proposal to expand sanctions on Iran.In her speech before the Senate, Clinton did not refer to the Uranium exchange deal reached yesterday between Iran, Brazil and Turkey.
