Court remands main suspect in Beersheba stabbing for 8 days

A man arrested on suspicion of stabbing a father-of-two to death forasking to keep the noise down in Beersheba was remanded to police custody for an additional eight days on Monday.
The ruling was rendered by the Beersheba Magistrate's Court.
The suspect has denied that he was ever at the murder scene, his lawyer said Monday.
Twenty-two-year-old Idan Ohion was arrested on Sunday evening onsuspicion of murdering Gadi Vichman, 35, early on Saturday morning. Anadditional eight suspects - four of whom were allegedly at the parkwhere the stabbing took place - were arrested with him.
