Despite frosty weather, Taglit brings 400 to Jerusalem's snowy sites

Although Jerusalem's snow blanketed attractions were set to be skipped, over 400 partakers in Taglit's Birthright trip experienced the holy city's wintery vistas on Thursday night.
Dressed in proper winter attire, they tramped through the Jewish Quarter and added a frigid visit to the Western Wall to their list of visits, which included drier stops at Yad Vashem, the Dead Sea and other national landmarks.
"We are prepared to continue our efforts to bring young Jewish adults to Israel under any circumstances", said CEO of Taglit birthright Israel, Gidi Mark.
