Flash floods inundated underpasses in the Turkish capital of Ankara on Saturday night leaving dozens of cars stuck in floodwaters, Turkey's state-run Anadolu agency reported.
Some of the drivers got out of the windows as they waited for municipality workers to tow their vehicles.
One resident said his car was rendered unusable.
"My car is unusable. May God help the insurance company. I hope they will reimburse my money as soon as possible. Here is the situation. As you see flood water flows out of every car," said Veysi Erarslan.
