Two days after the release of the first video showing kidnapped IDF soldier Gilad Schalit, former minister Rafi Eitan, who was a leading member of the prisoner swap negotiating team in the Olmert government, said Sunday that special envoy Hagai Hadas was a better mediator than his predecessor, Ofer Dekel. "Hagai Hadas, with his energy, urgency and creativity, is much better than the staff that previously dealt with the issue," he told Army Radio. "His work methods and the aggressive inclusion of the German mediator together all have an effect."
