Gaddafi expected to give second speech in 24 hours

Embattled Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi was expected to make his second speech in 24 hours, as anti-government protests continued to rage throughout the country despite a bloody crackdown on Monday, Al Jazeera reported.
Gaddafi spoke on state television overnight Monday, denying reports that he had fled the North African state to Venezuela.
