The Arab League is 'not authorized' to negotiate on behalf of the Palestinian people and should withdraw the conditions it has submitted to the US administration, a senior Hamas leader in Gaza reportedly said Thursday.DPA reported that senior Hamas leader Ismail Radwan called the conditions "a cover."
