Hebrew University in Jerusalem (HU) has turned to state prosecutors to try Professor Eyal Ben-Ari after the academic institutions court convicted him for abusing his professorial authority and starting intimate relations with students, Israel Radio reported Sunday. HU was seeking to pass on Ben-Ari's file, including testimonies by complainants in the case, to police authorities. The academic court had issued a restraining order on Ben-Ari from the university for two years.
