Israeli Air Force aircraft suffered millions of shekels of damages in a recent storm that led to intense flooding in one of its hangars, The Jerusalem Post’s sister paper Ma’ariv reported on Sunday.The hangar is located next to a river and last weekend’s heavy rainfall led the river to overflow. The water levels reached one-and-a-half meters inside the hanger, the report stated.The incident is currently being investigated to determine if it might have been preventable and whether the crew knew such intense weather conditions were to be expected. The IAF will release its own estimation of the damages caused.
