IDF arrests wanted suspects in West Bank, cracks down on terrorist hubs

Fifteen wanted suspects were arrested overnight on Wednesday in the West Bank during a joint operation carried out by the IDF, Shin Bet, Border Police and police.
Fourteen of those apprehended are suspected of involvement in local terror activities as well as in participating in violent demonstrations targeting Israeli civilians and security forces.
One of the suspects detained is a Hamas operative.
Security forces are expected to interrogate all suspects.
Additionally, IDF and Border Police acted together overnight to seal off a grocery store in the city of Rantis (northwest of Ramallah) that was used as a meeting point by local Palestinians who gathered in the store to plan future terror attacks they plotted to carry out against Israelis.
In a separate operation forces cracked down on a weapons manufacturing facility in Hebron as part of the IDF's ongoing effort to confiscate illegal weapons as well as halt activities to produce weapons that could potentially be utilized by terrorists. In 2017 alone over 20 weapons manufacturing workshops were discovered and over 150 weapons were seized by forces.
