Interior Ministry approves 930 new apartments in Har Homa

The Interior Ministry's Jerusalem Planning and Building Committee gave final approval on Thursday afternoon to the new neighborhood of Har Homa C, which will eventually have 930 apartments.
The project's final approval was due in May, but was delayed twice due to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's overseas visits to London and Washington.
The Interior Ministry is touting the program as one part of the solution to the lack of affordable housing, and said a significant number will be put aside as "accessible housing."
