Iran's president, Hassan Rouhani, hailed on Tuesday the successful outcome of negotiations between the Western powers and the Islamic Republic over Tehran's nuclear program.
The agreement "shows constructive engagement works," Rouhani tweeted. "With this unnecessary crisis resolved, new horizons emerge with a focus on shared challenges."
