Israel Securities Authority wraps up fraud investigation against Dankner

The Israel Securities Authority completed its investigation against billionaire businessman Nochi Dankner, who is alleged to have attempted to manipulate the share price of his company, IDB Group, before its initial public offering, Israel Radio reported.
Dankner and two others are facing possible charges of money laundering, wire fraud and obstruction of justice.
The ISA handed over its findings in the case to state prosecutors, Israel Radio reported. ISA investigators refused to reveal their recommendations over whether charges should be pressed.
