Chinese man, Israeli woman, taken to hospital for suspected coronavirus

An Israeli woman in her 60s was admitted to Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center on Sunday after returning to the country from China.

A Chinese construction worker, who was employed on a construction site in the southern city of Sderot, was taken to hospital on Sunday for possibly being infected with the coronavirus, MDA reported in a press release. On Monday, Channel 13 reported that the man was sick with the flu and did not have coronavirus.

She is described as suffering from severe respiratory problems. At the moment it is not known if she is suspected of having the coronavirus.
