Knesset approves 'Breaking the Silence Law' in third reading

The Knesset approved the "Breaking the Silence Law" in a third reading after a long debate on Tuesday with a majority of 43 Knesset members who voted in favor of the proposed bill and 24 against.
The approved bill states that the Minister of Education is authorized to determine the rules that will prevent "external elements acting against the goals of education and against the Israel Defense Forces."
