The Libyan envoy to the UN, Ibrahim Dabashi, welcomed on Saturday the Security Council's decision to impose sanctions on the regime of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. The envoy said the UNSC's decision is a show of moral support for Gaddafi's opponents.
