Likud MK Tzachi Hanegbi told Israel Radio on Sunday that the Western powers have been too eager to reach an agreement with Iran on its nuclear program.
"There's no sense of determination and decisiveness in the draft agreement that is being put together," Hanegbi said. "The Western negotiators are too zealous to come to a deal even before Iran has proved its seriousness."
Hanegbi added that Israel has no desire to butt heads with the United States, though disputes are unavoidable when it comes to existential matters. The lawmaker said that Israel has powerful allies who share its position on a nuclear Iran.
