Haifa's District Court on Monday convicted a man of murdering his sister for shouting at him in October 2010. The man, a 22-year-old resident of the Israeli Arab village Jisser a-Zarka, strangled and hit his 28-year-old sister repeatedly after she refused to lend him money and raised he voice at him.
