Man killed operating forklift at Kibbutz Ein HaHoresh

A man operating a forklift was killed at Kibbutz Ein HaHoresh on Sunday after a heavy object fell from the forklift on top of him.  A Magen David Adom crew tried to resuscitate the man, about 45 years of age, before pronouncing him dead.
Another worker was injured in the accident with several broken bones and brought to an area hospital for treatment.
