Man stabbed in front of Jerusalem’s central bus station

A 50-year-old man was stabbed outside of Jerusalem’s central bus station Wednesday at approximately 6 p.m. following an argument with his assailant, who fled the scene, police said minutes after the attack.
According to National Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld, few details of the assault have surfaced, although he said the victim was conscious and in moderate condition upon being rushed by ambulance to Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
“Police are looking in all directions, but presently believe it was a criminal incident,” said Rosenfeld when asked if he believed it was a terrorist attack. “Police units are searching the area for the suspect and hope to arrest him shortly.”
