Man who set up pirate Kol Hamizrah radio station jailed for 2 years

Yisreal Bundak was sentenced to two years in jail on Sunday for a string of offenses, chief among them the establishment of the pirate Kol Hamizrah radio station. In its decision, the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court said that the radio station was testament to Bundak's disrespect for the law, and that he therefore deserved a harsh punishment. "The accused committed the offense as if to declare that the law can be openly violated," said the magistrate.
