Medvedev says 'high chance' Russia will enter WTO in 2011

NIZHNY NOVGOROD, Russia - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday there is a "very high chance" that Russia will become a member of the World Trade Organization in 2011 despite delays in negotiations.
"I called upon our partners in the EU to finish the negotiations literally within a month in order to make it to the procedure of signing the documents on Russia's WTO accession by the end of the year," Medvedev told a joint news conference.
