Missing son of 'Boston Globe' columnist found safe in NYC, say police

NEW YORK — The police department in Brookline, Mass., says 16-year-old Caleb Jacoby has been found safe in New York City.
Jacoby, an 11th-grader at the Maimonides School in suburban Boston, has been missing since midday on Jan. 6.
The case drew national attention, in part because the youth is the son of Boston Globe columnist Jeff Jacoby.
