Ayelet Shaked entered her position as justice minister on Sunday seeking to allay fears that she sought to undermine the judicial branch.
“We must find the proper balance between the branches of government,” the Bayit Yehudi No. 2 said during a special ceremony at the Justice Ministry.
“It is with great excitement and anticipation that I begin my task as justice minister in charge of the judicial system which sanctifies law, truth, and peace,” Shaked said.
