North Korea fires seventh short-range missile

North Korea fired a seventh missile in a series of test launches on Saturday afternoon. US and South Korean intelligence agencies estimate that the timing of the launches - the day when the United States celebrates its independence - was deliberate. All missiles were of a Scud-type and had a range of 500 kilometers.
