President Shimon Peres on Monday called on the residents of Migron to respect Sunday's High Court ruling that the West Bank outpost must be evacuated by August 1."There is a High Court ruling, in addition to the prime minister's obligation [to accept the ruling], and therefore it must be implemented," Peres said.
