Former ambassador to the US Zalman Shoval, who Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu re-appointed as his special envoy to the US and Europe, will travel to Washington Sunday to meet with the media and think tanks.Shoval, a long-time Netanyahu confidant, meets regularly with the prime minister and is often present in meetings in Jerusalem between Netanyahu and top US officials.
