PM to have gallstone removed

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to have a gallstone removed Thursday evening, a medical procedure that will necessitate him being placed under anesthetics, his office announced.
While Netanyau is under anesthetics, Environment and Jerusalem Affairs Minister Ze'ev Elkin will be acting prime minister.
The routine medical procedure will be supervised by Netanyahu's personal physician, Dr, Tzvi Berkowitz.
