Police say parents were negligent in child bathtub drowning in Jerusalem

A four-months-old girl drowned in an unattended bathtub in her east Jerusalem home on Saturday due to parental negligence, police said.
According to an official, one of her parents left the bathroom after placing the child into the tub. Upon returning a short time later, the child was found dead, police said. An investigation into the drowning has since been initiated by the police.
