Qatari envoy to the Gaza Strip Mohammad al-Emadi will arrive in Gaza on Thursday, according to Palestinian media.
Earlier in August, Qatar and the UN signed an agreement for the resumption of cash payments to needy families in Gaza.
al-Emadi was previously in Gaza in July to discuss the humanitarian situation with officials in the coastal enclave and to follow up on the implementation of Qatari projects.
