Report: Blast set off at Egypt pipeline 10th time this year

An explosion hit Egypt's gas pipeline to Israel and Jordan in Sinai for the tenth time this year on Sunday morning, but failed to cause serious damage or fire, Al-Masry Al Youm reported.
The website of the Egyptian daily quoted witnesses as saying they heard an explosion at the site of the pipeline, just south of El-Arish in Sinai.
According to the report, the explosion failed to cause damage because the flow of gas through the pipeline has been shut off since saboteurs set off an explosion at the site of the pipeline on November 28.
