A Palestinian refugee was killed on Tuesday in clashes between Syrian President Bashar Assad's troops and armed rebels, the Taskforce for Palestinians in Syria reported.In a statement, the taskforce stated Mahmoud Shibabi was killed by shrapnel from a shell that hit the Yarmouk refugee camp in Damascus.
