A Palestinian driver was shot after attempting a ramming attack near Har Bracha on Wednesday, according to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit.Three Israelis were treated for shock. The Palestinian who was driving from Nablus was light to moderately injured and transferred to a hospital.Authorities are investigating the incident.This is a developing story.
