Residents of evacuated outpost sue top IDF officers

Residents of the Samaria community of Yad Yair filed a civil lawsuit against three senior IDF officers for the sum of NIS 290,432, sources announced Friday morning. The plaintiffs have accused OC Judea and Samaria Division Brig.-Gen. Noam Tibon, OC Civil Administration in the West Bank Brig.-Gen. Yoav Mordechai, and Col. Aviv Reshef, commander of the Binyamin Brigade, of not allowing them a right to a hearing and damaging their property while evacuating the outpost.
