Kidnapped soldier Gilad Schalit has "show empathy with his captors," has "left the traditions of his family's Jewish faith," and has begun to "imitate his Muslim captors, even in fasting [for Ramadan]," Palestinian newspaper Al-Resalah reported Tuesday. The report also stated that the Israeli government is no longer interested with Schalit, but rather on "the issue of apartments" which has become a "bigger deal" in Israeli media.
