BEIRUT - Insurgents set off an explosion that damaged an important Syrian government security building in the city of Aleppo on Wednesday, rebel sources and a combatant fighting with government said. The blast that hit Air Force Intelligence was followed by fighting between government forces and insurgents in the area, the sources said.
