Sudanese refugee charged for alleged rape of 17-year-old

A Sudanese refugee was charged at the Jerusalem District Court on Thursday with allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl at a high school year-end party at a villa in Sdot Micha near Beit Shemesh a week-and-a-half ago.
According to the indictment, 24-year-old Muhammad Fadul took advantage of the girl, raping her while she was drunk.
The Jerusalem State Attorney's Office is requesting that Fadul's remand be extended until the end of the legal proceedings.
