The team consists of experts from the Organization for theProhibition of Chemical Weapons in The Hague, Netherlands, withhelp from UN personnel. Last week, the UN Security Councildemanded the elimination of Syria's chemical arsenal.
UN spokesman Martin Nesirky said the director-general ofthe organization, Ahmet Uzumcu, informed the agency's executivecouncil that Syria has presented it with new details.
"The additional submission is being reviewed by theOrganization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons," Nesirkysaid. He said Uzumcu was expected to give OPCW member countriesan update on Tuesday.
He gave no details about the new information.
