Thousands evacuated from their homes in Fiji as cyclone strikes

Thousands of residents were evacuated from the northern part of Fiji on Friday as cyclone Tino struck, ynet reported. 

Defined as a Category 2 cyclone, Tino is expected to continue on a southeasterly path during the weekend and slowly transition to a non-tropical system in the upcoming week, AccuWeather reported.
