Two charged with life in prison for 2003 Shalhov murder

The Beersheba District Court ruled on Tuesday that Yisrael Ganon and Michelle Zano would serve a life sentence plus fifteen years for the murder of Shakel Shalhov.
Each was charged with a lifetime in prison for murder, and another fifteen years for conspiracy and sabotage. Ganon and Jeno also have to pay NIS 258,000.
Shalhov, then 16, was killed in Ashkelon on the night of July 20, 2003, when the car she was riding in was sprayed with machine gun bullets.
